  Yes, I wanna say that your crew here was wonderful and they were very friendly and they were very helpful and it was definitely a pleasure I will be back. There was excellent on customer service.

  I’ve been searching for a place with professionals. These guys have on uniforms, all adults that follow a set of processes in order to ensure nothing is missed during your routine oil change. Definitely coming back. The manager Devin was very helpful and seemed to be handling every transaction personally

  The team was so friendly and treated my car with care. They also found an error where the last place that did my oil change did not drain the old oil and added new oil on top of the old, potentially harming my engine. Moving forward, i refuse to go anywhere else!!! Was so pleased with the entire experience. Excellent service. 10/10!!

  I was just there. The young man that was guiding me in was standing at an angle to my front end. My concern was that his angle may send me into their pit. I stopped and pointed that out to him. Did he acknowledge my concern? No, he did not. Did he step over where he had a better, more accurate view? No, he did not. I left. If they are not cognizant of a customer's concern then how can I trust them to change my oil? ==================== I decided to give them another chance, and so I returned on Saturday, April 25th in mid-afternoon. It was a bad choice. Nothing changed. The employee was different, but their approach was the same. He/she (I'm not sure) refused to move to a better spot. A spot directly in front of me in order to guide me in. They positioned themselves off to the side - not directly in front of my vehicle. I motioned for them to move over, and again they refused. Why did I bother? If they don't care enough to stand in a spot, where they can monitor both sides of the vehicle, then how can I trust them to change my oil? I'm sure there are other places for me to get an oil change.

  I have always gone to Valvoline for my oil changes, even if ifs further out of the way. This location is a perfect reminder of why I do so. Your morning staff on 4/10 is the best employees I’ve seen literally anywhere in a very long time. Besides regular customer service and critical thinking skills (which is lacking everywhere nowadays) they were so thorough, kind, and communicative with each other. It literally was the most refreshing customer service, let alone oil change experience I’ve ever had. Talk about a stellar staff & overall work environment. Seriously whoever hired this crew did something right!
