  The Mavis store is Cartersville has exceptional customer service. This evening at 15 minutes to 6 I needed a valve stem. The store closes at 6, when I got there I was greeted by Debbie who got my issue resolved within 30 minutes. The exceptional customer service part of this experience was the fact that although it was very close to closing time, the team went right to work, no attitude about look at this crap coming in here at closing time, which means a lot to someone who is in need of service. We have all experienced bad customer service, especially when something happens last minute. I had an issue at this store before and the person that was there went out of their way to resolve it as well. That speaks to more than just the individuals, it’s a culture of true customer service. So if you want a good customer service experience, I highly recommend the team at Mavis in Cartersville. And once again to Debbie and the team who took care of me this evening, thank you very much.

  Gotta say this was the best experience I had at any auto repair / tire shop ever. Both Jacob and Eric were there for me at the beginning. They provided excellent communication and guidance through fixing my brakes. And above all, they showed me a lot of humanity in these troubling times and worked with my budget and helped me get my vehicle fixed. Mavis Tire & Brakes have some amazing employees here at the Cartersville location. If you ever need help just ask for Jacob or Eric, two really genuine dudes. Thank you guys so much for helping me, I will be back soon in the future for other car maintenance.

  Wish I could give them more. First day service had high hopes. Cliff notes.. Do NOT get alignment done here. I got a tire install and alignment done. Staff was friendly and it took about 2.5 hrs to get serviced from time I let go of my keys. They even threw in FREE windshield wipers. Tire install went well. Yet, I come home just to find one wheel completely cambered out while the rest looks fine. Had to take it back. I take it back for them to redo alignment. And spend another 2 hours in their shop. Just to have them say. Alignment machine was not reading anything. So they "EYEBALLED" IT. THEY EYEBALLED THE ALIGNMENT. And then they closed me out and didn't resolve the issue because it was closing time. They didn't fix it. My alignment was much better before I got tires installed. I trusted this shop. I even came back to give them a second chance. They have lost my business... 170$ cost for an eyeball job alignment... What a joke.

  Great experience Friendly people I was 300 miles from home and had a slow leak on one tire. They checked it out and informed me of my options. I was on my way in less than 15 minutes. Highly recommend!

  Booked a rotate and balance online because of a website coupon for $25 off. Couldn't tell what the price was on the website for some reason, but booked an "appointment."(The booking appointment said the "wheel balance check would be free, but I didn't expect that to be the case. Not sure why it showed that, but it did.) When I arrived, they booked me in and I asked what the cost would be. The clerk told me it would be $69 but that they didn't have any coupons for wheel balance. I showed her the coupon on my phone from their website, and she said she didn't know what code to use. She went to ask the manager and came back and said she could apply it. She took my key and was going to walk away but since they seemed squirelly I asked one more time, "what am I going to be charged?" She told me it would be $69. I said, I thought you were going to honor your coupon and she told me they were already giving me a discount. I told her I would go somewhere else if they weren't going to honor the coupon on their website, so she went to get the manager and he told me they'd honor it, but it was around $2_ per wheel so the price they gave me was actually better. (I was never able to pin down what they charge for a wheel balance.) I told them I'd just go somewhere else if they wouldn't honor the coupons on their website. The manager asked me, "What do you want to pay?" which was annoyingly condescending. I wasn't trying to cheat them and wasn't asking for something special. I jusr wanted them to be upfront about what they charge and honor their coupons. I also don't want to do business with a company that supposedly gives a "discount" to everyone. Just be upfront with what you charge and don't publish fake coupons if it isn't a real discount. Since he asked, I told the manager I wanted to pay $69 - the price they told me it was before applying the coupon-less $25. He told me they were applying the coupon because they give everyone a "discount" if they're nice. I told them I would just go somewhere else. Then he told me they'd honor it, but asked "how long do you have?" I knew what that meant, so I went over to the place I should have gone to start with and they did it for $40. Terrible experience. Would not recommend. If you go, be sure you get the cost upfront in writing and don't waste your time with the website coupons.
