- SBSummer BlatovaJun 29, 20251.0This store has been closed every night for the past week, with TWO employees inside. All I wanted was to buy a case of the racetrac water so I called the store from outside the window and both employees just watched the phone ring, never answering. So then I knocked on the window from the “service window” area. One girl finally came over and I asked if I could just buy a case of water (that was already outside) and she simply just said no and walked away. I’m a former manager of one of the Acworth locations so I know that even if our store is closed you still are required to take orders from the window. This is absolutely ridiculous and terrible customer service!!!
