I booked a shower on the pilot app. It’s said I was next I waited 20mins and finally asked them and they said it was 3 showers that needed to be cleaned nobody was cleaning the showers at all. The person disappeared who was cleaning the showers. Also, the women there have massive attitudes!!!.. MASSIVE. They need a change in staff even the manger has a nasty attitude.
