I waited six hours for a shower like I was trying to get into a Beyoncé concert. Fell asleep, and then got hit with the text: “Hey, it’s your turn.” Perfect timing — right after I aged a full presidential term waiting on your shower queue. The parking lot is a full‑blown comedy show. Tiny, chaotic, trucks jammed everywhere, people wandering around like it’s a corn maze. Whoever designed it must’ve been doing it with crayons. They get two stars only because the store is clean. Everything else is a joke, and I won’t be back.

It is easily one of the cleanest gas stations I’ve visited, and the bathrooms were spotless, which is always a huge plus when you're on the road. What really stands out here is the staffing. There were lots of attendants available, so I never felt ignored or stuck in a long line. The customer service was excellent across the board, but I want to give a special mention to Chuck and Sam. I was having a frustrating time with the Pilot app, but they stepped in immediately to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. They were patient, professional, and went above and beyond by even getting me a free slice of pizza for the trouble. Additionally, the other team members were curious and showed a hunger to learn by watching on how the issue was being troubleshoot so that they can do it on their own the next time someone experiences the same. Great team and a great facility—I’ll definitely be stopping here again! Happy Holidays to the entire team.
- VRVuk RDec 23, 20251.0BE AWARE!!! Most parking spots have been converted to reserved parking. Any spot marked with a red line is now paid. This is happening nationwide. They’re squeezing every last bit of “juice” out of drivers—after years of already bare-minimum conditions.
