  I purchased a set of new tires for my Ford F-150 and the Mavis team at the Cartersville store was outstanding. They had the opportunity to perform work at my request, and when it was determined to be unnecessary, they contacted me right away explained why the work was not needed. They could have easily charged me for nothing but they demonstrated a high level of integrity. My new one stop shop for tires.

  Ms. Debbie at the Cartersville Market Place location is amazing! She answered our questions and the guys replaced a valve stem for us. We are about to purchase 4 new tires for our horse trailer and she definitely earned my business. Thank you Ms. Debbie, everyone should have your personality and enthusiasm helping people.

  We dropped A ram 3500 dually off at 12:00pm for 2 tires and rotation. We verified when we made the appointment that they could service a dually. We went to see if it was done at 4:00 and all they did was move it closer to the building and said nothing about not being able to service it. Then went back at 5:45 then they still had it sitting close to the building and lied saying they called when they did not. They also lied about calling other stores seeing if they can do it , right now at 5:55 our tires still aren’t done and the service tech left his Milo’s tea bottle in the truck.

  Called about 2 tires on my ram 3500. Person on phone got me a price and scheduled 12pm appointment. I left truck so they didn't have to rush, remember I am in system for using a Mavis before. It's a new store I made sure on phone they could do 3500. They let my truck sit all day until 5:30 pm right before they closed. They had 3 employees just standing in lobby. Lady at counter didn't try to notify me that they were not equipped to handle 2 tires with rotation. She said she tried 4 other Mavis to see if they could, I find it very hard to believe. So unless you have a whole day to waste and still not have tires I would not ever recommend Mavis at Cartersville. I didn't need a alignment. Oh and I get in my truck and the mechanic left a drink bottle in my truck like it was his. That's why im posting.

  We stopped in to get a trailer tire that had been punctured, or so we thought. The rim had actually been bent and the tire was leaking air from around the rim. Although they did not carry the size tire we needed, Jacob was able to heat a type of tire sealant and fill the gap enough for us to use it to get to our destination. What I appreciate is that Debbie and Jacob took time to see if they could fix the problem instead of just sending us on our way to somewhere else. Excellent customer service guys!
