  On a trip with my family and had some rattling, stopped in and Eric let me know we had a pretty bad set of brakes and struts were actually blown. He got us in, and handled everything to get me and my kids on the road safely, for a decent price. They even showed me the issues and gave a few price options. So glad we found Mavis before we were stranded, and grateful for the honest and much needed help. Thanks Eric and the amazing guys working here! Me and the kids love not shaking driving down the road home!

  Bought 4 new tires for my wife’s car and 2 days later the rear driver side was completely flat. Pumped it daily and it would be completely flat again next day, until it finally held air, assuming due to valve stem being stuck which never occurred until after getting the new tires in the 4 years of owning the vehicle. Fast forward a month and my wife picked up a nail and now cost me an additional $300 + the cost of a new TPMS because I assumed I was under warranty only to find out the Road Hazard Warranty was not offered when the tires were purchased at this location. At the same visit when I bought the tires, I asked for an oil change as we were taking a road trip that week, the oil change was not performed. Shame on me for assuming and I guess not communicating clearly. Thanks to the Towne Lake location for taking care of me.

  Debbie and Eric gave me great customer service! I had an emergency with my tire while on a long road trip and had to stop by the Marvis Tire location in Cartersville, Ga. Even though I didn't have an appointment, they still took care of me right away and got me in and out of the shop in about 50 minutes. I was absolutely amazed! If the management is reading this review, please give these two very kind hard, working people a $2.00 an hour raise! Excellent service!!

  Needed a plug or patch. First of all it would have cost me 38.00 to fix it. The elder lady inside said she needed to see the tire. I needed to have 4mm to repair it, I had 3mm. Nope, they just wanted to sell a new tire. Hey Mavis take my customer information out of your computer. I will never buy Mavis tires again. Seems fitting they in the same parking lot as the worst Walmart in Georgia. Cartersville sucks!

  Showed up for 4 new tires. Possibly front breaks. Office staff was nice and said it should be about an hour. Well…They broke one of my break calipers I get it accidents happen but then proceeded to charge me for the fix ($270).(everything was just fine until they touched it). Never showed me evidence of it being broken. After 4 hours of waiting and counting how many cigarettes the employees smoked…I finally get my truck back…my alignment was horrible(no alignment issues previously and they just did an alignment) called them immediately said we will fix it for free it’s under warranty. Great …went to a different mavis location they redid the alignment for free(said it was way out)…guess what…still out of line! On my way home today my ABS light came on and the caliper they replaced is leaking fluid. This is after I was charged almost 2000 for the work. I’m so disappointed with this company. They can have the warranty I will never go back to any of their locations. I would definitely suggest going to a small break and tire shop with honest and skilled people.
