    Great spot. Mavis was the only shop in town that carried the size tires I needed. Service was excellent. Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The facility, including the bathroom was clean. Service was fast and accurate. I really could not have expected a better experience.

    So was a mavis customer from a different store (not going to mention). I called into Cartersville and talked to the manager Eric. I voiced my concerns and problems that wasn’t even his problems. He was very straight up and honest with me and let me know that the work was basically not his standard without using those words. He had the problem fixed really fast. He is honestly the best asset Mavis can have. He deserves a lot more recognition than these few words I can type. He is definitely a more than 5 stars.

    They were friendly, fast, and helpful at first. They fixed my tire and ordered a replacement for $300, which was great. When they did a quick “alignment check,” they mentioned something wasn’t perfect and asked if they should fix it. Saying it would only take a few minutes. I agreed, but they never mentioned the price. It ended up adding $180 to the bill, bringing the total to $500. It’s disappointing because the visit started so well. Just a heads-up. Make sure to confirm prices before they start any extra work!

    I'm a delivery driver, (Uber, DD, Pizza, NEMT, you name it,) so my car is really important to me. Last night while making a delivery to a house back in the woods, I had to go on an unpaved driveway, (that was more of a washout,) and I bottomed it out and took a rock to the sidewall of the tire. I took it to Mavis and got some of the best customer service I've had in a long while. I had to replace the tire, two sensors, and front end alignment. He really worked with me to keep everything in budget. All in all, a very pleasant experience, (well, as much as it can be getting your car worked on,) and I will definitely be a repeat customer and would highly recommend them to all my colleagues.

    I had a great experience at Mavis Brakes and Tires! From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, efficient, and made the whole process stress-free. Blake in particular went above and beyond — he was professional & knowledgeable. It’s not often you find someone who genuinely cares about making sure the job is done right and the customer is comfortable with the service. My car was ready on time, the pricing was fair, and the work was excellent. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance and recommending Mavis and Blake at Mavis to friends and family!
