  We used to go to a different auto shop a few years ago. Once we found LugNutz recommended to us by our neighbor, we never go to anyone else. They are so nice. Very quick. And always fit me in first thing in the morning. We have used them for years and will continue to use and recommend them to everyone.

  OOOHHH!!! have I been waiting to leave this review. I am a African American woman ( these details are important rather you want to believe it or not) I came into this shop with a jerking car. Like it needed a tune up and I also needed an oil change very bad. The owner of the shop came to me with an estimate of over $1,000. Stating that I needed a tune up and coils. This seemed very high so I called my father who asked if the man was a European! I stated "yes." the only thing he said was "GET OUT NOW" you would have thought I was in a horror movie!!! I paid the diagnostic fee of almost 100 and went across the street to Womack's who not only fixed my car for $300 He explained AND SHOWED ME why I actually DID NOT need to actually get coils right away. (I will soon but I didn't need to do this for the car to start working THAT DAY) Its been a month and I have driven to Tennessee and Alabama and back and still have not needed any Coils. Shame on you. Also just in case you may need some extra educating on that subject I would recommend some additional research. I would not refer family or friends to this place. Womack you got a customer for life. Thank you
