I felt that the way she went about the situation was uncalled for and completely unprofessional. If there was an issue it should of been handled between the two of us, and not 60+ people that got involved. When you work for a company, you are the one who represents it. How she represented Gerber Collision speaks volumes. "Treat others with respect, and others will respect you." ETA: Yes, Leo called me. He advised that Kim wasn't an employee at that location yet her email states she is (and I pointed that out to him). I ended up sending an email to corporate about her and the entire situation. Total joke.
