We had a great rental experience at this Enterprise location. We were greeted with smiles even though it was 8am and freezing outside. Addison help get us checked in quickly and pick a nice car for us. Michell took over and we went outside to do the walk around of the vehicle. She was also so kind and helpful. We were on and out quickly. We would definitely recommend renting from this Enterprise location. We certainly will again.

My truck broke down while my wife was in labor. Everybody both at this location and at the call center were very helpful and informative. There were no hidden fees, no anxiety, or anyrhing. They picked me up from the hospital, got me checked out, and took care of me through the end. Definitely go with them if you are out here. I dropped off in Alpharetta and everything was easy and painless. Thanks again for all your help.

I have always had a pleasant experience at the Enterprise Cartersville Location. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. They call to confirm the rental before pickup and after drop off, they call to check that everything went well. Please keep up the good work and don’t drop the ball on customer service! It makes a big difference for us (customer’s experience).

I have rented cars on 4 different occasions from Enterprise in GA and Kentucky and did NOT have any problem using Chime "credit card" not Chime "debit card" But this "Karen(not her actual name but you'd know where I am going with this) would NOT rent a car to me because I only have Chime credit card, saying it's the company policy, after I had made a reservation and checked in on the app using the same stupid card. What????? Aren't all branches owned by the same company and not franchisees? How come the other 4 branches let me use the same card without ANY issues and she wouldn't? Honestly, I felt strongly she was biased and was being prejudice against my Asian race from her demeanor and the way she talked and acted, that's why I call her "Karen" I felt greatly disrespected, after living in America for over 40 years!!!!! However, I will NOT let her dictate my feelings in negative way!!!! Guess what? I went back to Kentucky the very next day and rented the same car, Chrysler Pacifica, using the same Chime credit card!!!! I am also going to send a complaint email to the corporate office.
