- MMMikeDec 24, 20251.0DO NOT ASK FOR HELP!! Know what you need before you go. Their words not mine "We are not mechanics just salesmen" I was having trouble getting my 2019 truck to start and I just bought the battery earlier this year from them. He tested the battery and said it was good so I asked if maybe it was the starter. we checked a few fuses and the employee then suggested we try a different battery. so I bought a new one, we hooked it up and still the same problem. I then said ok, we have established the battery is not the problem can we take this new battery inside and get the starter like I originally suggested and he said, no we can't take the battery back it has been installed. I then had to argue with him and the manager to get my refund. I then drove right next door to Advanced Auto and they help me get the parts I needed.

Arnold was working the counter and immediately came to us and asked how he could help. He discovered the battery had gone bad. Arnold replaced the battery and checked all the other electrical components. He was very professional and pleasant and you could tell he takes pride in his work. Arnold made us feel very comfortable and confident he cared about his customers. It's sad, but the truth is in today's society it's hard to find an Arnold in the work place especially if your a senior citizen.
