Pat is a cool guy with a good attitude. The kind of stuff that means I’ll drive the extra couple minutes to come to this store and give it my business, just to support Pat, even if he’s not working. The store and the commercial side are managed by two 20+ year veterans (I actually hired one of them back when I managed this store). A retail parts store is of course going to have limitations just based on square footage and what is actually purchased on a regular basis. I've got a bunch of weird vehicles but the stuff I can get here I absolutely do because it's always a great experience. Actual car people who wrench on their own stuff who know what you need.

Dude was super rude i gave him a part number he got all pissy then i offered the sku number for the part he said no i dont want that i want the part number proceeded to give him the exact number off the part i had in hand and goes to hollering at me i proceed to tell him try the sku number for the part which i had a screenshot of the part and sku from their website and started hollering again so i just walked out went down the road to orielys gave them the part number 2 mins later i installed it in the parking lot
