He fixed me up and I was on my way. Not to mention everyone in this store was very nice and polite thank you again !

- EFEr FFeb 9, 20261.0Ryan the GM at this location is a joke. I purchased brakes and he guaranteed as the store manage they would be right, I got to my mechanic and they were wrong. I tried to go return the brakes and asked for Ryan the GM specifically and I waited for 40 minutes for him not to show his face. This wasn’t great for customer service since he, the GM, guaranteed I had the right product after discussing several times how that location has burned me a couple times before. From the vibe I was getting from the employees this happens a lot with him and he seems to not be respected because of his customer service skills.
- CCcovaeliteJan 20, 20265.0I went in yesterday to discuss getting a battery replacement. Ryan the store manager was very helpful and offered to help with the install as well. I am out of town but I told him i'd come by and give him my business later. Well, the next day, I had discovered my truck had way more issues than I thought: light spark knock, and over a quart of fuel in the engine just after 2500 miles since the last change. I went back, got my oil bundles, bought a oil drain pan, filters, and went to work in the parking lot. Fry was the employee to help me out with diagnosing the noises from the spark knock. I bought a higher viscocity oil. He helped me with the tools they could lend and I had to purchase some myself. Fry confirmed along with me the engine sounded much better. After my oil change, I went ahead and purchased a replacement battery. Ryan came out and replaced it for me quickly. I only go to advanced auto parts and rock auto for repairs and maintenance and this store has a great staff. Thank you so much for helping me out.
