  Alexis was very friendly and helpful with the vacuum that was clogged!!! Very helpful and friendly guy at the entrance. He helped with app gate we got a new tag and it was not in the system. 👍🏼👍🏼 two thumbs up for the staff today 04/18/26!!!!!

  The staff is friendly and was very patient when I was getting my membership. Car wash does good But I’m just confused why they claim they are open when they’re not. It’s just a little frustrating.

  Hoy en la mañana fui a Tommy’s Express por primera vez. Me recibió Gaby, fue agradable y me explicó bien sobre cómo funcionan. Un plus es que habla español . Además, recibí la ayuda de Dalton en el área del vacuum fue amable y mostró cortesía. Salí muy complacida con el trato de los empleados y feliz con el carro súper limpio.

  I had a great experience at Tommy’s Express Car Wash. From the moment I pulled in, everything was smooth, fast, and very well organized. The facility itself is clean, modern, and clearly well-maintained, which made me feel confident about the service right away. What really stood out to me, though, was the customer service—especially Gaby. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. Gaby took the time to answer my questions, explain the wash options, and made sure I was completely comfortable before going through. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely cares about making sure customers have a great experience, but he definitely does. My car came out looking spotless, shiny, and better than I expected. Between the quality of the wash and the excellent customer service, I’ll definitely be coming back. Big thanks to Gaby for going above and beyond!

  I went to Tommy’s today in Carrollton GA to wash off the pollen that made my vehicle look like a powdered donut. To my utter surprise and luck I discovered they were giving away free “The Works” car washes! The woman that helped me was Daniela. Daniela was the nicest, most genuine, helpful and customer service savvy person you could ask for. I signed up for a subscription membership and she helped this old man walk through the steps on my IPhone. Thank you Daniela. You are management material!
