  I set the record for 7 nails in a tire. James got the job done with a quick replacement. Nathan made me feel comfortable and was generous. They also rescued a cat out of a car. Give this new location a try!

  Went in for a tire sensor. They checked all for sensors and determined it was the that they were told was bad. They said they could change it now for $129. Had the work done and was charged $139. The receipt doesn’t show parts, labor or taxes. The next day I noticed my valve stem cap was changed to a black cap. My vehicle had all matching chrome with the brand logo in the center. I called and they were unable to locate it. The person on the phone said,”those things are so small”. Then the vehicle showed the sensor wasn’t working again. Took it back and they did make that right. Not recommending this business to anyone.

  I had a great experience at Mavis Tire & Brake in Carrollton, located right in front of Lowe’s. Brad,Tran, and John went above and beyond with their customer service. They were friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me out. It’s rare to find people who make you feel valued and taken care of, but that’s exactly how they treated me. They did excellent work, and I left feeling confident and appreciative. I highly recommend this Mavis location to anyone needing tire or brake service.

  They were able to get tires mounted and balanced the same day. But their techs have no clue what they are doing. I work on cars, they randomly said my head gasket was leaking and that my rack and pinion was bad. They said they couldn’t do an alignment. First off if the head gasket was leaking the car probably wouldn’t have made it there lol. And the rack and pinion is fine. The service advisor was great but the techs have no idea what they are doing. Couldn’t recommend coming here unless your in a pinch.

  2 hours for four new tires to be put on. No reason for it to take this long when there was only one guy here. Even talked to him he had been there for 2 hours aswell for 4 new tires when I asked him. This is ridiculous never will I come back first time ever and no wonder the parking lot is empty.
