  I had a 9 am appointment this morning for front end inspection and possible alignment. At 8:40 am I received a phone call from Mavis confirming my 9 am appointment. I advised the gentleman that I was there and pulling into the parking lot. He met me in the parking lot as I was exiting my vehicle. He performed a tire tread analysis and advised me that I needed to get back tires soon. He then asked me what I needed to have done today and we discussed that as we were going into the building. He confirmed my phone and email and told me where I could have a seat and where the restrooms were. By this point, it is approximately 8:47 am. He advised me that there was a vehicle in the alignment rack at the moment but shouldn't take long. At approximately 9:15 am, the same gentleman came to me and advised that they were doing the alignment on the vehicle that was already on the rack and I was next, shouldn't be much longer. At approximately 10:18. I approached the desk and asked for my keys back as my vehicle was still in the parking lot and had not been moved. I had other things to do and could not wait any longer. As he was giving me the keys, he advised me that in the future, I should make an appointment. I told him that I had made a 9 am appointment and reminded him that they even called me to confirm it. He then said well, we had 6 appointments scheduled at 9 am. I chose this new facility because they offered Saturday appointments and that works better for me with my work schedule. Now I will have to look for a nother business that can work with my schedule and provide me with new tires and an alignment. Edit to add: This was at the new Carrollton, Ga location.

  Took my Ford bronco in to be serviced. The front staff was kind, helpful and knowledgeable. They gave me a great deal and took amazing care of my car. Will definitely be back with my bronco!

  Great experience all around! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and I was greeted with smiles. The mechanics are great and provide top service. Definitely recommend!😃
