  I had my car towed to Mavis this morning after my tired had almost disintegrated while driving. I ended up leaving with 4 tires, an oil change, and wiper blades. They were so extremely friendly, helpful, and courteous. I've used other companies for years but I am 100% switching fully to Mavis now!

  Had a great experience getting a new tire and alignment! I hit a pot hole a little over a year ago and another tire place had told us we needed new rims to be able to align our car. Nathan and John took their time to understand our previous experiences at the other tire shop and offered to take a look to confirm or deny which resulted in their technician, Jay, being able to align our car, it just required more work than the average alignment that the other place must not have wanted to do. Now it’s driving better than ever! Thank you Mavis in Carrollton, so happy to have a good tire shop locally now😊

  Made an appointment for my daughter’s car for an oil change and tire rotation. Arrived at the facility and immediately felt a positive vibe. Team was professional and knowledgeable. They gave me a quote on a few others items that another car needs. I was very pleased and will be back. Thanks y’all!

  Stopped in here on a Sunday near closing time . Wife ran over a nail and some other object . The manger there was super friendly knowledgeable. Got it right in immediately. Found the objects and informed me he could fix it . Got it repaired for me quick and at a solid price . Would highly recommend this place ! Will definitely be back !

  My daughter and I came here for an oil change, and it was excellent! These men are so professional, and it was such a breath of fresh air to be spoken to with respect. The one turnoff for me, when going to a shop, is that "woman speak" so many have. They tend to speak to you as if you're "stupid" or a 5 year old. NOT HERE! Anthony, Nathan, and John were so respectful and courteous. They explained everything to my daughter, and I, as if we were equals and in detail. The atmosphere here is wonderful and calm. They just seem like they are having a great time and loving life (in a great way) Being located in this spot, allows for a drop off and then a hop, skip, and a jump for a bite to eat! Don't be intimidated by their location. Definitely a valued spot! So, stop in, get your oil change, brake work, alignment, or whatever, and leave with new friends!
