  I have been coming to this Goodyear location for the past seven years, and I truly cannot say enough good things about them. Mr. Sammy, Eugene, Mr. Tim, and Mr. Jerry are all absolutely amazing. From day one, they have treated me with respect, patience, and honesty. They are always willing to check my car at any moment, answer my questions, and even take the time to explain things so I can learn and better understand what’s going on with my vehicle. I have never once been met with rudeness or brushed off, which says a lot in this industry. What really sets this team apart is their consistency and integrity. Their pricing has always been reasonable, clearly explained, and fair, and there has never been a time my car left without a clear answer or a real solution. I am now on my second vehicle, and they take care of me with the same care and attention they did when I first walked in seven years ago. That kind of trust and reliability is rare, and it’s why I will continue to come here and recommend them to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring service. Down to the point where I’ve done my own repairs and I’m currently getting them to service a different repair and they still took the time to go back behind me and check my own repair which was needed because the repair I did was not fully done.

  Always have good service here, Mr. Jerry makes sure people are taken care of. Have had many different services done, oil change, tires, brakes, spark plugs, etc. Always have been done correctly.

  Installed Wrong Size and Cheap Tires — Swapped My $160 Continentals for $60 Knockoffs I ordered Continental ContiProContact 235/40R18 tires through Amazon to be installed at Goodyear. Delivery was confirmed on Dec 1st, yet the shop installed Lexani LXUHP-207 UHP All Season 225/45ZR17 tires instead (on Dec 4th) — a completely different size and budget brand costing ~$60 instead of the $160+ Continentals I paid for. Their excuse? “The tires just got here.” No — they were delivered days earlier. Even if this was the case, why try and substitute tires I already paid for ?? If someone had actually checked the label, this never would have happened. If my fiancé wasn’t familiar with cars (given he’s worked as a mechanic) and hadn’t been there the entire time to notice the tires looked slimmer than they should, he could have driven off with the wrong, cheaper, lower-quality tires. He also ended up two hours late for work while they corrected their own mistake. They eventually installed the correct tires, but the lack of attention and incorrect product installation make this completely unacceptable. Handling people’s money and safety (replacing high-quality tires with low-quality) like this is not okay. I paid over $700 for tires and service, and they tried to swap them out for something worth ~$250. Be wary if you plan to order tires from Amazon to be serviced here. I will never return.
