The techs removed her tires, and her brake pads and said that she needed new brake pads and rotors on all four wheels. They wanted to charge her $1,300 for this. On top of the exorbitant charge they told her that her brakes were so bad they couldn't put them back on. She called me in a panic, she's not well off but she needed her car, so what could she do but pay for it with credit? After she called me she called a male friend of ours and he told her that was way too expensive and that it was a lie that they couldn't put the brakes back on. He called them, they put the car back together and only charged her $25 for a diagnostic fee. I don't usually write poor reviews, but this really does seem like an example of tradesmen overcharging people that wouldn't know better just because they can. It's wrong, seriously don't go here.
