- LLLSCTV1 day ago5.0I’ve been coming to Express Oil Change since I was a kid in the early 2000s. My mom and I went to the one by Home Depot back in those days. Out of all those years I’ve never been in and out in 10 minutes, lol! The guys in 3 car oil change bay are always cool. Now, the guys in the back that do mechanical and tire work, aren’t so cool. Idk if they’re under more stress or what. Other than that I’ve never had issues with these guys. Even though “10 minute oil change” always ends up being 60 minutes (dang near) I’ll continue to come. Just plan your day accordingly. The lines are always long and they’re always busy! I must say business is BOOMING! Oh yeah, they almost always have online coupons! On this visit I used a “$26 off oil change” coupon I found on a Facebook ad.

Every single visit, the team goes above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of. They’re always helpful, honest, and extremely professional. Wesley, especially, always makes sure I have everything I need. His customer service is top-tier, and he truly looks out for his customers. Whether I’m here for an oil change or anything else, I always leave feeling confident and taken care of. It’s rare to find a place that’s this consistent, trustworthy, and dependable. I have nothing but good things to say about them. Highly recommend!

Noticed my tires were in need of replacing and took the time to print several pages of quotes to compare. Put air in my tires anyway and I was very appreciative because nobody offers that service anymore. Took his time to go over all services and recommendations needed. Wasn’t pushy but honestly concerned I was riding around with a very dirty air filter. Nice to have service that was very professional. Express Tire and Auto, please remember Joshua when it’s time for review and a raise.

I asked how long it would take, and Wesley told me they’d have it done in 15–20 minutes. True to his word, Wesley brought the car around within the promised time, giving me just enough time to return my daughter’s car, grab mine, and still make it to my 4:30 appointment. This is the second time Wesley has helped me within the past week or two, and both times he has been incredibly pleasant, professional, and genuinely helpful. His customer service is exceptional, and experiences like this are exactly why I continue to come back. Highly recommend!
