I’m told “we don’t have a vehicle for you” after the girl told me “let me show you your options”, This is complete BS!!! They have about 13 cars sitting on their lot & they tell me “they all have recalls”. Oh-by the way whoever I spoke to on the phone couldn’t answer a question. If I could give you a negative review - I would. Pathetic company..

Doesn't matter where you signed up to rent a car at, third party or not, they will charge you $300. Even if it's just for a day to borrow it. Apparently, it's in the lease in a "VERY SMALL PRINT, WHERE YOU CANT SEE IT." Like I said, very great employees 10/4/25 very bad corporate. "Thanks" for making me waste my time visiting.

I went to the Carrollton location on 9/13/25 and did not feel my usual friendly welcome. I then learned the lovely manager Allen had been moved. The new assistant manager Brandon needs training on Customer Service, as a TOP business owner myself, he would NOT be at the front line. I met him at the Villa Rica location and thought he was a new employee so I brushed it off. I have since learned, I am not the only person in our area who feels this way. Allen PLEASE come back, MS.PAGE misses your friendliness, customer service, and smile! 😢
