They were knowledgeable, patient, and polite, and handled the busy time with such grace. Every 10-15 minutes, they'd greet me to update on the status of my SUV pickup, keeping me informed and valued. This was hands down the best Enterprise experience I've had, and I'd definitely recommend them solely based on their outstanding customer service! 😊 The only bad part was I feel in love with the jeep and didn’t want to return it lol 😆
