  These people work hard! I needed to swap the rental for one with a tow hitch and they were so helpful and able to accommodate. Every team member went above and beyond for me!

  ​I have never experienced such shocking lack of professionalism, dishonesty, and complete disregard for human safety as I did at this Enterprise location. ​My sister and I were on a road trip to Louisiana for an important event when the engine shield under our rental car began falling apart, dragging, and getting stuck in the wheel on the interstate. Roadside Assistance explicitly told us to drive 21 minutes to this Carrollton location, promising they sent an email and that the branch would swap out our compromised vehicle. ​When we arrived at 12:00 PM, we met the manager, Brandon. From the very beginning, his attitude was nasty, dismissive, and unbothered. While a helpful younger employee was actively getting ready to swap our car, Brandon stepped in and stopped him, claiming they had absolutely no cars available and that we would just have to wait. ​This was a blatant lie. Over the next two hours, I personally overheard Brandon telling someone without a reservation that he had a truck available for them. Another lady came in without a reservation, and when she called him out on his lies, it was clear cars were available and being returned, but Brandon refused to do his job or help us. He made zero effort to look for a vehicle or find a solution for two women stranded by his company's faulty equipment. ​To make matters worse, as the store's 2:00 PM closing time approached, Brandon effectively put us out of the store. He refused to help, claimed he "never got an email" from roadside, and wouldn't even offer us a ride or a safe place to wait. He left us completely stranded. ​We were forced to make a terrifying, incredibly dangerous 40-minute drive in a breaking-down car back to our original pickup spot just to get help. Because of Brandon's refusal to assist us and the hours we wasted stranded at his store, I missed my event in Louisiana, lost money on travel expenses, lost money on work, and had my entire weekend ruined. ​Brandon is a liability to this company. He treats customers terribly, lies about inventory, and has zero regard for the safety of stranded drivers. Enterprise corporate needs to investigate the management at this branch immediately. Avoid this location at all costs. The car was given to me with major safety concerns that I addressed and was told that they were noted.

  Worst experience at a car rental. Faulty cars, bad customer service, rude, and they left me stranded. I booked through a company for a month, but after a week, I am out. The long story: First, the car had a strong cigarette smell (although smoking is forbidden and fined). They had to put an ozone treatment which helped a little. When I tried to start it, I noticed it did not start smoothly, maybe a battery issue but they said it was normal. Next day it did not start at all, the battery was dead. They sent a jump start (2 hours later and for $68) and asked me to drive around for 30 minutes to recharge the battery, which I did. The local agency was already closed, but Enterprise offered to replace the car next day at 5 PM at this local office. Next day, battery is dead again so they sent the tow truck to pick it up and I got to the agency to pick up the promised replacement car. They did not have a car but they said to wait for a return. So I waited until the closing time, a return never arrived and they closed the store on me (the attendee was very rude since I arrived). I called the main Enterprise to let them know they left me stranded, so they sent a courtesy Uber to pick me up and take me to the nearest open agency, 40 miles away at the ATL airport location. Much better customer service, very polite, but I got a downgraded Mitsubishi Mirage Hatchback, whose best days were long gone, so it felt unstable on the way back on the highway. Next day, the tire light is on. A tire was lower but OK after filling it with air at the gas station. Next day same issue. So it might have had a small leak, but I just decided to return the car and get another from a different location.
