I placed an online order the night before and stopped by the next day around noon to see if the order was ready to pick up. Lots of talk about how the order hadn't been pulled when they had all day to do it, but they didn't have all the correct parts in stock (web pages fault also). Communication is key to customer service. This was far from that. I finally decided to leave after asking if my order isn't ready, I'll come back later. Why would they have not simply told me order wasn't ready when I asked instead of a bunch of behind the counter talk about who didn't do what? Come on guys, grow up and do your job, and stop laughing it off in front of a customer when that job hasn't been done.

Today I was 2 hours away from home and my oil light came on. I had no idea how to check my oil. That’s bad, I know! Anyway, the store manager, Rebecca, helped me with the whole thing. Now I can get back on the road and head for home. Thanks Rebecca!
