- CCCynthiaJan 1, 20261.0Showers are not clean. After a long day of driving, some of us drivers are looking forward to a nice hot and clean shower. The shower rooms are large which is nice. But it's like they don't get cleaned at all. My co driver and I stopped here New Year's Day about 6am to grab a shower before keeping it moving. His was equally as dirty as mine. Spit up toothpaste stuck to the sink, pubic hair on the toilet seat, toilet bowl is dirty, trash can under the sink has trash, socks, feminine pad etc in it. Just overall disgusting. Look I get it, cleaning up after other people really sucks, but if it's part of your job....just do your job. Adding this Pilot to the places to avoid unfortunely. This complaint may seems small to some folks, but as a female driver I want a clean shower. I don't expect perfection.

Kind of worried my card was skimmed, so I’m keeping an eye on my bank app. If you’re in a rush and don’t have time to wait in a long line inside to prepay just go across the street to BP where everything seems to be in working order. Very frustrating.

- CDclarence deshazierNov 18, 20251.0Yes the white man at this location was very disrespectful cursing out myself and another customer lieing first saying showers were out of order then started saying they're not out of order but he's working by himself when there were another employee here along with him he kept stating that he's the manager and he doesn't have to clean the showers if he doesn't want to and last not least he was sitting in his car all night look like most of the night playing and texting on his phone us drivers work way too hard out here to be treated in such a manner he's treating pilot customers
