I came specifically to clean the inside of my friend’s car. I had a full conversation with the employee beforehand, and instead of a heads-up, the focus was on selling a membership. I’ve since learned the vacuums are free for any Joe Schmo to use, which makes this even more frustrating. Not knowing that cost me time and money, and it’s not like I have my friend’s car every day to come back and redo it. Just feels like basic communication was missed. A quick “hey, vacuums are down” would’ve saved the whole situation.
