    The service Advisor was Madison Lambert my service advisor I’m guessing wasn’t there . Last name Henry . Anyway they changed the oil and Rotate the tires she informed me the cabin air filter needs replaced she said could wait until 5,000 miles , I will take care of this week Madison was friendly and kind showed me the restrooms water and snacks . Very nice place .

    Car shopping has always been something I would dread doing. My sales associate, Janet Baker made the whole process smooth and easy. She was very thorough and patient answering all of my questions and showing me the differences between the 2 cars I was looking at. My experience at Shottenkirk Hyundai was nothing but positive.

    I had to have a gas door actuator replaced and installed. Part was promptly ordered for my appointment and installed within the timeframe specified. Everyone at the service area is very professional and knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. So glad to know that my gas door will now work properly is a big relief. I also had a situation with my Bluelink that I had been trying for weeks to get fixed through Bluelink but decided to inquire while at the dealership. One of the service writers was so helpful and patient with me. Not only did she fix and reactivate it for me, she showed me options I didn’t even know existed for me. Just another example of their Customer Service team going the extra mile for the customer!! Will only use Shottenkirk for all my service needs from now on. And will definitely see this dealership for my next car purchase.

    Gabi B is the best! She listens to our needs and presented us with inventory to match. She had just the car we needed for our son! She went out of her way to make us the best available offer! She made our buying experience as smooth as possible even offering us incentives and a great trade in option. After the paperwork, she had the car detailed and even drove us to get us gas ⛽️ we purchased the extended warranty and left Knowing we have a reliable, dependable and safe car for our son! Just what every Parent wants. Thanks Gabi for All the TLC! ❤️🚗👍

Thank you Mandi in service for fighting for us with the warranty company and pushing your way through all the corporate policy and procedure that made it all so much more complicated than it needed to be. We are so grateful! Thank you to Jayla in sales as well for staying in loop with the process and taking great care of us as well! Thank you guys for making this right! We’ve been extremely disappointed with how this dealership has handled issues with the vehicle we purchased. During the buying process they were very persistent and communicative, but that completely changed once we drove off the lot. We purchased a 2018 GMC Acadia Denali at the end of January and were required to purchase one warranty and strongly encouraged to buy a second. Shortly after leaving the lot, we noticed the screen malfunctioning along with a few other issues. We brought the car back within two weeks. We were assured everything would be covered since we were still within 30 days and even provided a loaner. After two weeks with very little communication, we were told it was fixed—but the screen started malfunctioning again as soon as we left the lot. After another visit, another loaner, and weeks of zero communication unless we reached out to them, we were told the warranty company declined the repair and there was nothing they could do—despite earlier promises that the dealership would cover the deductible. It’s now been two months working on this and we’re still without a solution.
