  I needed new brakes on both axles of my 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara. I got a quote from Brett that was significantly less than one I got at a Jeep dealer closer to me. I made an appointment and they performed the brake work and a fluid replacement I had requested. Brett recommended the 4 wheel drive service and I had that done as well, all for less than the quote just the brakes at the first dealer. Brett was very professional and I will return for a transmission service.

  I live 2 hours from this dealership. Contact them through CarGurus app and was contacted within an hour. My wife and I Drove 2 hours to the dealership. Had a very pleasant experience. Got there : around 11:00 a.m. and was driving out with a new Jeep Grand Cherokee by 2:30. Best experience I've ever had at a dealership. Robert The sales person was up front with the pricing and was very pleasant to talk with., and helped in every way possible. Tyrone in finance worked several different banks and got a fantastic rate and was up front while he was doing it. I was pleasant to see the process. I was looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee for my wife travel with my grandkids and have comfortable room and safety. I couldn't been happier and since I've got the vehicle home I've been loving it Even more every time I drive it. Thanks again for making buying new vehicle at a dealership. A pleasant experience which seems to be a rare thing these days.

  We recently Purchased a 2026 Jeep Grand wagoneer from Shottenkirk Chrysler and got the pleasure of working with Nick. He was great! Very helpful at showing us all our options and never did we feel any pressure in buying anything. We worked out an amazing deal and got a fair trade in offer on my civic. Going back to finance to sign everything was a breeze we were not even pushed to buy any additional packages! Everyone was super nice, we will definitely be recommending this dealer to all our friends and family. Also their warranty program is amazing! So happy with my new Jeep!

  I hate going to the dealership. This service trip for an inoperative rear sliding window has changed my mind. Dustin and Jessica were friendly, helpful, and minimized the upsell. Will be back!

  I had one of the worst car-buying experiences of my life with Shottenkirk Chrysler, specifically dealing with Shawn Donald. For the past week, he has been haggling back and forth with me even though I made it clear from the start that I was ready to close immediately. I presented a pre-approval so we could wrap up the deal quickly and efficiently. He declined it. Later, he lowered the price of the vehicle — only to tell me that the price would only be honored if I financed through him. Wanting to move quickly (since I had just passed my previous car down and finally found the exact trim and color I wanted at this dealership), I reluctantly agreed. After running my credit, he then claimed there was a fraud alert and said he couldn’t proceed unless I came in person. I immediately provided everything requested to verify my identity, including screenshots showing the hard inquiry on my credit report. Despite that, he continued to stall. He then tried to accuse me of not having insurance on my previous auto loan — which makes absolutely no sense. A vehicle cannot be registered without insurance. I explained that a family member had taken over that previous loan, and therefore I no longer carried insurance on it. Instead of listening, he continued making baseless assumptions. To make matters worse, he has been avoiding my calls entirely. I’ve been told he “left for the day,” only to call back and be told he’s still there but “closing” and doesn’t want to take my call. That is beyond unprofessional. It’s unethical, rude, and feels like a complete attempt to waste my time and leverage my business. He ran my credit for no valid reason, refused to communicate transparently, and dragged this process out unnecessarily. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Don’t waste your time here. There’s a reason there are other negative reviews. Especially with the generic “give us a call & ask for one of our managers” they have the receptionist say they’re in a meeting & will call you back, but don’t. Unethical, shady, unprofessional, waste of time. Stay away!!
