I wish they had rags and spray to clean the car with and wipe afterwards they used to have it when they first started and I got rid of it during Covid but they need to bring it back. Drying rags are important and keeping my car clean.
- JGJohn GlazeApr 2, 20262.0Paid for the full platinum package but didn't get the pre wash and scrub before going through the machine. They turned off the rollers for the grill because it would get stuck on my bumper. I understood and was ok with that because the quick pressure washer blast and scrub before the machine would take care of it. The pressure washer and brushes were there before the machine but not used. I was warned Cybertrucks had issues going through these types of carwashes with the blowers blowing parts off but I have used touchless carwash with blowers without issue many times. The brushes did rip up my Paint protection film on the hood while also failing to remove road grime from the windshield, door windows, and tailgate. I had to basically perform a waterless carwash for 40 minutes after the wash to get the truck clean. The company I bought the PPF from said they take their Cybertrucks with PPF through brushed automatic car washes multiple times a month without issue.
