  Great customer care. I had an amazing experience with Ryan when I brought my car in for service. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and made me feel like they were ready to go the extra mile to help their customers! I'll be going back here again and again!

  I have been "going thru it" with vehicle issues lately. I was obviously very upset to discover that my brand new tire had a screw in it after entrusting its care to another repair shop. I immediately booked an appointment with Mavis. They met my appointment time and gave a clear time frame on the repair time and much to my joy and relief they didnt charge me for the repair! What a blessing 🙌

  Customer service here was so sweet! I was in a rush and it was cold outside, I realized my two right tires needed air. I hopped out of my car to air them up and I didnt even get around my car before a gentleman stopped me and offered to air them up for me. So kind and a great start to my hectic morning. 💖

  I had a great experience at Mavis Tire and wanted to recognize the team for their excellent service. From the moment I arrived, Tommy, Wyatt, and Michael were incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly. They took the time to look at my tire issue, explain what was going on, and made sure everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently. It’s not always easy to find a place where the staff genuinely cares about helping customers, but these guys went above and beyond. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and I really appreciated their honesty and willingness to help. A big thank you for doing such a great job. I highly recommend Mavis Tire to anyone who needs tire service and wants to be treated with respect and professionalism.

  I had an excellent experience at this tire shop. From the moment I walked in, the entire team went above and beyond to help me. I came in with a tire issue that I wasn’t able to figure out myself, and instead of rushing through it, they took the time to thoroughly diagnose the problem and explain exactly what was going on. What really stood out was how professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful everyone was. The staff worked together to inspect the tire, identify the issue quickly, and get it resolved the right way. They didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary — they simply focused on fixing the problem and getting me safely back on the road. The level of customer service was outstanding. Everyone was friendly, patient, and clearly cared about doing the job right. It’s not often you find a place where the whole team works together like that to take care of a customer. If you’re looking for a tire shop that is honest, knowledgeable, and truly puts customers first, I highly recommend them. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future tire needs. Thank you to the entire team for such a great experience!
