I came specifically to clean the inside of my friend’s car. I had a full conversation with the employee beforehand, and instead of a heads-up, the focus was on selling a membership. I’ve since learned the vacuums are free for any Joe Schmo to use, which makes this even more frustrating. Not knowing that cost me time and money, and it’s not like I have my friend’s car every day to come back and redo it. Just feels like basic communication was missed. A quick “hey, vacuums are down” would’ve saved the whole situation.

I waited for 15 minutes before being able to pay and pull through. The quality of the car wash was not good either. I had black pebble like things going down the back of my car. There were spots on the back and front that completely didn’t get cleaned. And only half of my tire was shined on 2 of my tires. There was also soap on both of my side mirrors after the wash.
