I had to run through the wash twice just to get an average result, and I still had to use the complimentary towels to wipe off remaining dirt — my car wasn’t even that dirty, just normal road grime after rain. I also had to try three different vacuum bays trying to find one with decent suction, my floorboards are still not clean. This car wash used to be the best in town when it was Mr. Clean, but unfortunately the quality has really dropped since the ownership change. It feels like they’ve cut operational costs, and it definitely shows in the reduced quality of service.
