  Back at it again. The best team to ever do it. I got Tommy to check out my tail light because I was puller over night before for a running light, but he showed me, no issues there. I love honest business and straight to the point folks. Thank you for the help and the team for always being top of the line with their customer service. We get jokes, stories and right relationships here at Mavis Tires & Brakes Canton!

  A gentleman named Tommy worked on my truck. Tommy was incredibly personable and extremely helpful to get the job done. He basically is the brains of this Mavis tire if you ask me and the only one I would want working on my vehicle.

  Came in for a tire rotation and balance. I was greeted immediately and given a straightforward price for the services I required. I thought the guys at the front desk were very helpful and knew what they were doing with the recommendations they had given me. Off of the service I received today, I would definitely bring my vehicle back to Mavis.

  Ryan tried to assist when I brought a rental car in with a tire that had a slow leak. The tire couldn’t be repaired and the rental company was useless. So the guys at Mavis put the spare donut on for me so I could make the trip back to the rental center in Atlanta. They would not take a payment, and I really wish I could have done business with them! My daughter lives nearby and will do so when she needs her tires replaced!

  I had a very disappointing experience with Mavis Tire in Canton, GA. I purchased Mavis-brand tires along with their Roadside Hazard Warranty, which was sold as something “great” and “worth it.” In reality, the warranty felt meaningless when I actually tried to use it. I was told the tires were not covered because the tread was worn bare… despite the fact that I rotated the tires every 5,000 miles, kept the vehicle aligned per their own inspections, and even paid Mavis to perform an alignment. The tires themselves were rated for 75,000 miles and were nearly bald at around 50,000 miles. When I brought this up, there was no accountability, no accommodation, and no attempt to stand behind the product. Instead, every interaction seemed to end with a new reason why the warranty didn’t apply or why responsibility fell back on me. The biggest issue was the lack of transparency. The warranty exclusions were not clearly explained at purchase and only became apparent when I tried to use the coverage. The staff could not clearly articulate the policy, yet had no problem denying the claim. Overall, this location felt like an overpriced corporate tire shop focused more on extracting money than supporting customers or honoring warranties. At best, the experience was careless. At worst, it felt dishonest. I won’t be returning, and I would strongly caution others to read every line of the warranty and get everything in writing before trusting this location.
