    had to take my car here on 9/11, so I'll never forget. my starter went bad and they had my car ready for me before my shift even ended that day! Brian was very helpful and courteous. A+ customer service!

    I have been going to Goodyear for 38 years, 30 in East Cobb, and 8 when I moved to Canton. Everyone has always been kind, knowledgeable and keeps my car in great shape from tires to engine. Considering how tough it is to get help these days, I am patient and understand the time it takes to complete the work.

    The service was a complete disappointment. I paid for two services on my vehicle, but they refused to honor the second one. Instead of owning their mistake, they gave me the runaround with poor communication and zero professionalism. When a customer pays for work, they expect honesty and follow-through—not excuses. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.
