The highlights: • While at Gerber I was blatantly lied to. • My vehicle was not taken care of while waiting for insurance. • It was difficult to get in touch with management or technicians. • This shop shows what I believe to be an industry wide trend of totaling difficult repairs. • The shop I ended up going to just down the road had none of these problems. My vehicle is now completely operable and like new despite Gerber overwriting it to total it in the eyes of my insurance company.
