I’m very disappointed with the service that I received. I own a 2011 grand Cherokee and a year ago the bumper and right fender was repaired due to an accident. About a month ago, the clear coat started peeling on the front bumper and as old as the car is, it never happened until they repainted the front bumper. After quite a few weeks of going back-and-forth with them, the manager agreed to repaint the bumper under warranty. I had them replace one headlight lens to match the other side that was replaced last year. Upon picking up the vehicle, the headlights did not work and they did not even attempt to clean the vehicle, which I was told that they would. After going back-and-forth with this place to finally get them to agree to the repairs that I wanted, it felt like they never really even wanted to be bothered in the first place. I even agreed to give them more business on paying them for the headlight and labor to make both sides match. How can an establishment be willing to take your money? Tell you that the car went through inspection and call you and tell you to come pick it up and nobody has any clue what’s going on or why something doesn’t work. This place has truly wasted my time for a subpar job and I will not be back. Unfortunately, this is not a place. I can recommend anybody. There’s another body shop that’s a half mile down the road towards the highway and they’ve done way better work for cars that I’ve seen compared to this place.
Bottom line:
I am only one person; there seem to be plenty of happy customers so take my review as a single of many perspectives on this establishment.
The highlights:
• While at Gerber I was blatantly lied to.
• My vehicle was not taken care of while waiting for insurance.
• It was difficult to get in touch with management or technicians.
• This shop shows what I believe to be an industry wide trend of totaling difficult repairs.
• The shop I ended up going to just down the road had none of these problems. My vehicle is now completely operable and like new despite Gerber overwriting it to total it in the eyes of my insurance company.

Working with the people at the Canton location, was a great experience. They always kept you informed on the progress of car. They finale look, was fantastic. I would highly recomend them to my fruends and family!
