    Absolutely no point in making a reservation. I requested a sedan through the reservation site and after the agent trying to upsell me an SUV over and over again. I came on the reservation date and time- no car. Agent tried to give me an SUV- again. I gave up and had to reschedule my reservation for two days later. I returned in two days. No car as I should have expected. Now I’m stuck here without a vehicle for an hour and a half plus. I’m tired of sales people not listening to the customer. An SUV is not an “upgrade” if the customer doesn’t want it.

    CROOKS! Called to verify they had our reservation for a vehicle around $40 a day since it’s an insurance rental due to car being at the body shop and was told they would have one available today. Called this morning to let them know we were at the body shop ready to be picked up and again verified they had a $40 a day vehicle. Was told yes they had plenty on the lot at that price. They pick up my son, take him to the office to get the rental and proceed to tell him all they have is a $90 a day vehicle available. I called to find out why they thought that was ok and was told it was less than the insurance daily max of $100 so they don’t see the issue. The issue is that if we stay on the lower side like I requested, we can actually extend the rental if need be. The issue is that you saw a 22 year old and made a choice to take advantage of him. The issue is that we had a reservation for a $40 a day rental so if you don’t have one available that is your problem not mine, adjust the price accordingly. Instead of doing what is right, you chose to be crooked and greedy. I will be filing a formal complaint with enterprise corporate as well as our insurance company about your actions.

    I have rented cars from this branch 3 times since 2023 and they have provided excellent service, their vehicles are clean and brand new, managers and staff are friendly and helpful, thank you.

    Never again is all I can say. The employees are well mannered and polite which is why two stars were given but other than that the experience has been more than interesting. Online you're given an option to pay ahead to avoid having to wasting time in the front. Underneath the disclaimer it clearly states that you would need your i.d. with the current address and the debit/credit card that was used when you paid online. I brought exactly that and was asked for 2 additional documents that needed my name and address and when I asked why I was never given a clear reason as to why. Then I provided those documents and was asked to write down 3 references. All of this just to rent a car. Finally received the car and had to go to the gas station for them to fill up the gas. OK! Never had that happen before but not a big deal. The annoying part from earlier was over with. The very next day I was getting ready to drop my kids off to school and the car would not start. At this point I'm over it because I'm irritable, pregnant, and have to figure out how to get 3 children to school with no working vehicle. And all of this because I was given a vehicle with a dead battery. I've rented many cars from other locations and never had any issues. I rent from this place one time and from he very start been a rollercoaster. I can't wait to see what awaits next once I have to return the vehicle.
