I was picked up at 12:15pm. Luckily, I only needed the car for four days because it smelled like cigarettes. My commute is an hour each way, so I always ended up with a headache. The car was supposedly a 2025 Nissan Altima, yet somehow it felt old! It was dirty, dinged up all over and smelled like hell. I called the Canton location and let them know not to rent this car to anyone else. I mysteriously never received the usual email that requests feedback after you return the car. So, here’s my review.

They did say if I could wait about 30 mins they were having another car brought in. I waited and took the other car. It was a Camera which was nice. I had reserved a compact AWD suv. The staff was very nice. But others were being turned away. I am giving 3 stars for reliability. Makes me nervous to reserve a car from here with no guarantee that I will have one when I get there.
