Just ended up driving there… really unprofessional and not great communicators. I miss Henry. I think that was his name. He helped me last year and I know I would not have had this experience.

- TTThunderfootNov 13, 20252.0Absolutely no point in making a reservation. I requested a sedan through the reservation site and after the agent trying to upsell me an SUV over and over again. I came on the reservation date and time- no car. Agent tried to give me an SUV- again. I gave up and had to reschedule my reservation for two days later. I returned in two days. No car as I should have expected. Now I’m stuck here without a vehicle for an hour and a half plus. I’m tired of sales people not listening to the customer. An SUV is not an “upgrade” if the customer doesn’t want it.
