I arrived at the Hickory Flat location about 20 minutes before closing and told the employee I was 90% sure my battery needed replacing. He immediately began sighing and acting annoyed at the idea of installing a battery so close to closing time. After testing and confirming that the battery did, in fact, need to be replaced, he told me to come back in the morning. Really? You’d rather risk losing a $200+ sale than install a battery with 20 minutes to spare? And then he simply turned and walked away. That was my last visit to this AutoZone—and I recommend you avoid it too.
