  Came in for a battery change because my car had to get jumped and Caden was very polite and had great manners and gave me great pricing on a battery and even installed it for me. Great kid he has a bright future for sure

  had a fantastic experience with the team at AutoZone, and I can’t say enough good things about the manager, John Thompson. He is truly a blessing to the store and the community. John goes above and beyond to help with pricing, making sure customers understand their options and get the best value possible. He’s also incredibly knowledgeable about the area and is always willing to recommend reputable local shops you can trust. What really stands out is how he remembers his customers and treats everyone like more than just a transaction. He has a great sense of humor that makes every visit enjoyable, even when you’re dealing with car troubles. It’s clear he leads by example because the staff he hires are just as friendly, helpful, and professional. If you’re looking for excellent customer service and a team that genuinely cares, this AutoZone location is the place to go.

  Ronald was great!!!!!!! I didn’t have the tools to replace my battery and after calling around the other AutoZones, most told me the dealership would have to do it. Ronald said he could do it no problem. He changed my battery in 10 minutes. He gave me great tips for future care as well. he was the only guy in the whole store and was still running things and was able to change my battery. His customer service was above and beyond. Thank you ronald!!!

  Phaim was a HUGE help to me tonight. I work at a parts store here in NC. I went into GA and bought a vehicle and it started getting dusk. The headlights didn't work. He had a few ideas but I ended up having to shade-tree it in the parking lot. He landed me some tools and I was able to hardwire in some low beams to make it home. Thanks again! GREAT customer service and care! My vehicle would still be in the lot if it wasn't for his help.
