- JPJordan PlantOct 22, 20251.0This place is normally one of my favorite stops. Always has parking spots late at night, it has a Dunkin’, and a Wendy’s. BUT tonight was different….. Owner/Pilot needs to do something about paid parking THEFT. I paid for parking. Parked in the last open paid parking spot and it still shows 10 reserved spots available. That means truckers who are tired and at the end of there shift look on the pilot app and say to themselves. “Hey I can go to exit 318, even though it’s late and still get a spot” then we get here and there are trucks flying around the lot looking for spots and there aren’t any. Now I have to park dangerously, or illegally, maybe move on to a different location and or maybe violate my hours of service. In addition your pilot is loosing out on $180 in revenue for these 10 spots tonight. So please call the Vandalia, Ohio store if you need help figuring how to deal with it. Because if you don’t start enforcing it, will only get worse. Many of us who play by the rules count on these reserved spots to ensure we have parking especially after coming through major cities like Atlanta, GA.
