Andrew was so beyond kind and informative about the issue with my car. Helped us clean what needed to be cleaned and tighten what needed to be tightened. I know next to nothing about cars, same with my partner, so his guidance and comforting explanations of everything was a needed change compared to our usual experiences at places like this (not just AAP). We made it safely to Dublin, where I have family but without his advice I would have stayed in Calhoun and been in a worse position. Btw it was the transmission but everything will be fine 🙂↕️
- DLDawn LoweryAug 26, 20251.0I am very disappointed with the Advance Auto Parts location in Calhoun, GA. I purchased a Die Hard Silver battery from this store less than a year and a half ago. Unfortunately, when I called to return because of an issue, they would not honor the warranty. The battery had been sold under a commercial account by a manager who no longer works there, instead of being properly registered under my phone number like I requested. Because of that mistake on their end, I was denied the warranty coverage I should have had. A warranty is supposed to mean something, and customers should not be penalized because of an employee’s error. Businesses should take responsibility for their employees- and this particular employee was known for these under handed practices. This experience left me very dissatisfied, and I will be taking my business elsewhere.
