- KBKacey BenderMar 22, 20263.0Can't speak for the establishment. Their non-diesel pumps/parking lot is NOT easy to navigate with a large trailer/rv. We have a 33ft travel trailer and did make it work, so it is possible. Just not easy. Saw a Class A that managed to turn around early and go across the street instead.

(I came in twice within 5 hours) Sometimes you encounter Pilot employees that don't keep the same energy or even welcome you at all but Sam keeps it consistent. Store was clean, Sam was actively changing food out to ensure we had something fresh to munch on all day. Restrooms were clean. Showers actually looked wiped down all over. Great experience & us drivers appreciate the little things like that. I went in during the middle of the night & team members kept up same energy even after shift change. Much appreciated!

I had just left Buc-ee’s and had a terrible experience that I just Decided to stop at the next exit to get the things that I needed, I came in and she greeted me and I ignored her, went to the bathroom and came back out, she stopped me to ask if I was ok… I wasn’t. After telling her my issue (anxiety) and not having the food I wanted to eat she had Kelly (another amazing woman) go back and make it for me… seriously these women didn’t have to do that but they went ABOVE AND BEYOND make sure I was taken care of. They don’t know me! And within 15 minutes I swear they settled me down and I left with a smile on my face and a pep in my step… LADIES… I hope you get this and I hope you realize that you just made my entire WEEK. Thank you for being the incredibly kind individuals you are.
