  I made an appointment at 1:00 to get new tires on my Junk and it was 3 before I ask for my keys because the alignment was free I watched 30 cars come and go and I'm just very disappointed in the teamwork being that I made an appointment and I never got my alignment and I'll go somewhere else and get my alignment and I will never buy my tires from you guys again and I will never recommend to go there. I pay $700 cash. Now I know what happened I wash my car today and I seen where they scraped my rims bad so I will be giving you a call

  They got me in right away to get my new tires mounted and balanced. Done in a reasonable amount of time . Cost was a little more than other shops. But it was worth it for the service and not having to wait an unnecessary amount of time like some other shops I’ve been at before. Great customer service. No problems with the balance. They did an excellent job. I would recommend this place.

  I had a great experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and ready to help. They explained everything clearly and didn’t try to pressure me into services I didn’t need, which I really appreciated. The service was quick and efficient, and my car is running so much smoother now. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and they kept me updated throughout the process so I knew exactly what was going on. It’s hard to find honest and reliable auto service these days, but this location definitely earned my trust. I’ll be coming back for future maintenance and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service and great customer care!

  I appreciate the care & service I received during my experience with Mavis a few weeks ago. They had to order my tires as well as brakes. Kia’s customer service was top tier. She called, followed up & kept me informed all along the way. Excellent experience! Even down to the mechanic who did all the work & told me he wanted to be the one to make sure my car was taken care of from start to finish. Thank you both!

  Our back tire started making a concerning noise a few hours into our big cross-country move; we pulled into this shop super stressed and fearing the worst, but these guys were ON IT. The second we walked in someone came up to help us, within 5 minutes a mechanic was taking a look, and after 10 minutes they figured out what was wrong and put our minds at ease that it was no big deal, and at no charge too! As I write this we’re already heading into Kentucky and beyond, but if you live near these guys do yourselves a favor and go to them the next time you have car problems, you for sure won’t be disappointed!!!
