At 4pm, SAME DAY, repossessed the car as I'm walking out the door to pick my child up! I missed one call today and that's it. Last time we spoke, the employee was super busy and had customers waiting for her and it was past closing time...I was told I could keep the car until Wednesday. A SUPER INCONVENIENCE IS PUTTING IT NICELY. There was no need to have the car repossessed out of my driveway. So ridiculous. Not to mention they just spoke with my mom today and said for me to get in touch today before close. They close at 6! Didn't even give me the opportunity to go there by 6. **NOT to mention, the rental had completely bald tires!
