  I had an excellent experience working with Jordan Hill at Camping World. From start to finish, Jordan was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt confident in my decisions. What really stood out was his professionalism and customer service. He wasn’t pushy at all — just honest, transparent, and focused on helping me find what worked best for my needs. The entire process was smooth and stress-free because of him. If you’re going to Camping World, I highly recommend asking for Jordan Hill. He truly goes above and beyond!

  From start to finish these guys delivered. We could not be happier with the no pressure sales, through driving off the lot. With anywhere you go, we had a few issues, but this staff did what it took to keep us happy and make our purchase the best we have ever had in our R.V. experiences. I want to thank Phillip, Keith, George and a special thanks to Matt Hall for making everything right. You will always have our recommendation and future business!!!

  Our experience at Camping World was very disappointing. Bob provided zero customer service and made my husband feel like he was bothering him just by asking questions. He even had to ask someone, "Is everyone okay"? What made it even more frustrating is that they had already been in contact previously, and Bob had given my husband two different quotes. So this was not a new conversation. At one point, Bob looked my husband up and down as if he didn't belong. After my husband politely reminded him who he was, Bob simply said “ok” and walked off. Just rude to say the least. Customer service matters, especially when you are making a large purchase or trying to get support. However, we do not mind spending our dollars elsewhere. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this location to anyone.

  This store is absolutely terrible. Service Department is a complete joke. Had our camper since the first week of November. Still not complete. Never call you back. Do Not buy from them or take anything to them. Entire store and service department should be closed. I will be sending a letter to corporate.

  I so shocked with camping world in Byron ga after taking my Itasca meridian to them to have the radio, vent and a/c repaired when i went back to pick the motorhome up i went out to check the work they had done but he Roof a/c was not functioning correctly so they had a technician come out to check it as he was pulling the thermostat off the wall he pulled the screws out of the wall and one of screws dropped into the thermostat and burnt out the thermostat well i had to leave it for them to work on it because it was saturday and they didn’t have enough techs to work on it. so about 3 days latter i was told by Suzanne Doche the service manager that the thermostat that they burnt out was no longer available and i would need a new thermostat and three new control boards for my a/c units and it would cost 2600.00 dollars but they would split it with me and i would only have to pay1300.00 and this is because there tech dropped a screw in the thermostat. well i went to pick it up to take it to a different dealer and they found that they also burnt out the control boards on the two gas furnaces. so please if your in need of repair to your rv be very very careful i’m a business owner and i understand making mistakes and if this mistake takes place in front of the costumer and the service supervisor you absolutely should take full responsibility for the technicians mistakes.
