    My experience with this dealer was extremely disappointing from start to finish. They pressured me into buying an expensive package of accessories and services, suggesting that without it they could not guarantee my brand-new unit would function properly. They even implied I would have to take delivery of the unit uncleaned and move it myself from the lot. After only using the unit twice (4 days total), the water heater started leaking. The dealer then refused warranty coverage, claiming freeze damage. This makes no sense, as I purchased the unit in late February in Georgia and used it during warm weather. I am completely regretful of having done business with this company. Both the sales process and after-sales service were unacceptable. I strongly advise others to stay away.
