- BHBrandi Hoyt2 days ago5.0I found myself dropping off my daughter at school in the pouring rain with an unexpected fast leaking tire. Drove straight to Mavis on Buford drive. As soon as the doors opened without an appointment Adrien with amazing customer service, there by himself, dealing with 3 other customers, took care of it very quickly and with a calm and professional attitude. This isnt my regular store but I sure wish it was!

Did a thorough inspection on my car, got me brand new tires, brake pads, brake rotors, and even replaced a TPMS sensor in a timely manner, all for less than $1,000. A dust shield on one of the brakes bent and started making a grinding noise, but they fixed it for me for free; owning up to their mistakes is something I regard highly, and the mistake they made was minor (even if it sounded pretty bad). They tempered price expectations with upper estimates corroborated by search engines, then they surprise me with something significantly lower; maybe it's because I drive a Nissan Versa. Definitely cheaper than what the dealership would have charged.

I really can’t say enough about this location. The people here are so impressive and not only want to earn your business but are genuinely caring even if you do not do business. Pricing has always been great. Today I was taken care of again by this location and helped tremendously by Adrian Prince of a guy. Big shout out to him and his amazing help with my tire repair!
