- BMBill McGuireApr 27, 20265.0About 2 minutes from leaving my house, I had a dog run out in front of me and natural reaction took over, so I steered away from the dog and towards the curb. Fortunately, the dog is fine, unfortunately my tire is slashed on the sidewall. I was fortunate enough to get it to the Mavis Tires and Brakes outside my neighborhood. That’s when I went in and met Suzi. It was a stroke of luck meeting her, she assessed the situation and offered to change my spare out until I could find the right tire for my vehicle. This crew up here and the front end managers have always bent over backwards to help us with all our other cars, never disappointed. If you get a chance, give Mavis in Buford off of friendship a try. I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised that there actually good, competent people left in the world. While I am not happy that this happened to my tire, I am very pleased at the opportunity to meet with Suzi and Michael to come up with a solution.

To top it off you have a Lil wanna be gangster working in the back that thinks he knows what he talking about. Literally tells me "the people who quote you have nothing to do with us"!! Mind you I called MAVIS and got the quote from MAVIS!! Absolutely unbelievable! If you dont know what you are talking about stay out of grown folks conversations! Stay away from this place!! Suzy was actually as helpful as she could be do to the circumstances.
