When I called Gerber, they initially told me that they were closed on the weekend. A tech there, Josh, advised that he would come in on Saturday and take care of my issue. He came in on Saturday after his kid's game and had us fixed in less than an hour. I want to thank k the guys at Gerber Collision. The dealership wanted to charge us $2,000 for this same repair. It was taken care of for only $400. Great job.
