  Had my emissions checked and an oil change today at Express Oil Change. Patrick did a great job and definitely went above and beyond checking all of my filters, lights and tires to make sure everything was in good shape. Thanks Patrick!

  I have been coming here for my regular car services such as oil change, tire rotation, inspections, etc. Kyree has always been very professional, kind, and helpful. When there are additional services I may need, he explains everything very clearly so I understand what is needed and why so I can make the decisions. Thank you Kyree!!

  It’s always a great convenience to visit an express oil change where you can be serviced without even leaving your car. The team is consistently fast, efficient, and friendly. I recently stopped by the Buford location and was warmly greeted by Nic and the rest of the crew. They went above and beyond during my visit, making the entire experience seamless. As a woman, having a team you can trust and feel comfortable with when it comes to your vehicle is extremely important to me. I truly appreciate their professionalism and care.   I relocated to Georgia a few years ago, and I started coming to this Express Oil change location. I feared that I wouldn’t receive the same service that I was used to back home in Tennessee. I was shocked when I saw how attentive they were to my vehicle. I always have a positive experience. Most recently my technician was Matthew and he was amazing! He had excellent communication skills and I like that he was transparent about my vehicle instead of trying to speak in a language that would be difficult for me to understand. Great place to get serviced at!

  Today was my first visit to Express, and I can honestly say it won’t be my last! Matthew was my technician, and he provided exceptional service from start to finish. He walked me through every step in detail, making sure I fully understood what was being done, and his professionalism and attentiveness truly stood out. Not only did he take great care of my vehicle, but he also shared some helpful tips that I’ll definitely be using. Express is fortunate to have someone like Matthew on their team—I’ll absolutely be back!
