  I’ve experienced quality service that goes above and beyond what you expect from customer service. I’ve spoken with many representatives, and one person who always stands out is Ange ..she’s consistently helpful and professional. I will always recommend Enterprise to anyone, especially the Buford office. I travel to different locations across the United States, and I can honestly say the quality of service here is one of the best.

  Brian and Drew were very professional and courteous, going above and beyond to ensure we had a worry-free and pleasant rental experience. We rented a vehicle for a family vacation and chose a truck since our daughter experiences motion sickness in smaller cars. On pickup day, the vehicle was ready and waiting for us, clean and in excellent condition. Brian and Drew took the time to answer all our questions, clearly explain coverage options (we chose the damage waiver), and walked us through everything we needed to know before hitting the road. Overall, it was a great rental experience.
