Last month I found the car of my dreams online at Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia. And last Tuesday, after a smooth and surprisingly affordable transaction, Erin and Tony made my dream come true. There were a lot of obstacles for them to address: they never actually met me, I had no idea how it would work out getting everything titled and registered in my home state, our house is walkable and I don't even really need a car, I'd never wired money before, and I'm sure I pestered them far too much with questions and concerns. I almost didn't even send an inquiry because I figured it would be too complex and troublesome to purchase from a dealer six hundred miles away. Erin kept me appraised of what needed to happen at every step. She handled car prep, transportation arrangements, and communication incredibly well. Tony made the finance process easy and painless (vastly better than when we got my wife's car locally four years ago). Their patience and diligence and attitudes could not have been more reassuring. And just ten days after I clicked "get more info," I watched a transport driver back it slowly off his truck and hand me the key. If we were to need a new or used car in the future, and had to choose between spending four hours held hostage at a local dealership or working with this team, I'd drop Erin a line again without hesitation.
