  Thank you to Orlando of Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia for making my car buying experience stress free, with positive communication and time efficient. The finance department explained all my options and completed my paperwork as quickly as possible understanding I had a long commute back to Alabama. Because of their efficiency in the administration part of the purchase, Orlando still had time to go over the car and help me with the settings so that I felt comfortable with the car for my return trip in the rain and traffic.

  My purchase today with Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia and salesperson Ryan Jang was by far the best car purchase experience I have ever had in my 25 years of 15-20 car purchases. Ryan was a pleasure to work with and did what he could to make my out of state purchase as simple as possible. I commend him and the sales manager who closed my sale as being incredibly efficient and not trying to do all the typical dealership upsells, which as we all know are quite uncomfortable. It is a far superior experience purchasing a car this way. Kudos to the dealership for this type of sales design and team. Thank you for everything.

  Follow up on previous review dated 12/18/25: My experience at Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia was mixed. My sales representative was excellent — professional, responsive, and made the vehicle purchase smooth. I’m very happy with the car itself. Unfortunately, my experience with the Finance Manager, Anthony Fuoco, was disappointing. After deciding to cancel the extended warranty and prepaid maintenance contracts, I repeatedly requested written confirmation that the cancellations had been processed. My emails were not answered in a timely manner, and when responses were provided, they lacked clear information or proof of cancellation. I later received membership materials for both products and, after contacting the service contract administrator directly, learned that no cancellation request had been submitted. I ultimately had to complete the cancellation myself online. I now have confirmation that the cancellation request is in process, though final processing may take up to 30 days. Clear communication and follow-through from the Finance Department would have prevented this issue. I hope the dealership addresses this, as it detracted from an otherwise positive sales experience.

  Tony Williams and the team at Volvo Cars Mall of GA provided me with wonderful service, were straight forward, honest, and accommodating. I am an out of state customer, doing an over the phone deal, and this dealership really impressed me. I called multiple dealers across the country and this place really stood out. We made a fair deal, handled everything remotely, and they even helped me organize shipping, which is very rare. 5/5 service from the front of the house to the back. If you are in Atlanta and want a Volvo, go here. If you aren't in the area, you should still give them a call. We had a few points on the deal that were agreed on the phone, not necessarily drawn up in the sales contract and they honored it all.

  While the Mr. Tony from sales was polite, the dealership’s handling of the deposit was frustrating. I placed a $500 refundable deposit after being explicitly told it would hold the vehicle. Despite this, the dealership continued allowing other customers to test drive the car, which directly contradicts what a “hold” is supposed to mean. I was also told the vehicle might sell after a hold was placed which felt like a pressure tactic rather than good-faith dealing. Because of this, I was unable to push my appointment from Monday to Tuesday despite having a 3-hour drive each way, and instead had to drive a total of 12 hours over two days, 6 hours one day just to show my genuine interest and sign some paperwork, then another 6 hours the following day. That said, I did end up with a great car, and I’m happy with the vehicle itself. However, if a deposit is stated to hold a vehicle, it should actually do so. Based on my experience, I don’t recommend paying a deposit here, as it did not protect the buyer’s time and just added unnecessary pressure and stress instead.
