  Everytime ive been here for a wash has been outstanding ! Moving back to NYC attendant Bella helped me switch cars and made me feel appreciated as a customer. I wish this existed in NYC

  Just left from my first experience. Overall it seemed to wash my sedan well. I paid for the titanium but unfortunately one of the scrubbing brushes on the driver said was down and not spinning. I could tell when the wash was over because there was still dirt on the driver side of the vehicle. Kudos to the quality of self service vacuuming. They were VERY strong suction. 3/5.

  I usually go to the other car wash down the street from this Mister location on Buford Dr, but I decided to come back. I’m very sad about the free towels ($1 charge) and cleaning supplies being gone but Ross made my visit here very pleasant! I wasn’t pleased with my initial wash but Ross made up for it and I truly appreciate him. I will be a regular at Misters again just because of Ross kindness and helpfulness! I’ve been to other locations and they were not accommodating or helpful at all.

  I had such a great experience at Mister Car Wash, mostly thanks to Dawson. From the moment I pulled in, he was friendly, professional, and made everything super easy to understand. He took the time to explain the different wash options without rushing or pressuring me, which I really appreciated. You can tell he actually cares about doing a good job and about the customers. My car came out spotless, and the whole experience felt smooth and well-organized. Employees like Dawson really make a difference , he’s a great representation of this location. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  This place is awesome! Lauren, I think that was her name, took the time to fully explain the wash packages and sold me on the Top Subscription package with the TiO underbody protectant and I'm so happy I got this. The car looks great and they even had an option to make it a touchless full wrap wash, exactly what I was looking for so that it wouldn't rip my spoiler off. Unfortunately my carbon vortex diffuser did come off in the wind tunnel at the end but she actually found it and put it to the side so that I could pick it up when I got back. I couldn't recommend this place more, everyone here definitely cares. I was previously with Mr. Clean Car Wash and was so disappointed in their employee's attitude, this place and notably the employees definitely changed my perspective on drive through, full-service car washes. Thank you
