They squeezed me in just before closing time, and obviously they had been busy there all day, which surprised me for a Sunday. Anyway, they are organized, friendly and a pleasure to deal with.They had me fixed and on my way in 30 minutes. Great pricing, friendly, professional .. even at the end of a long weekend day.

They "fixed" the leak, and told me they looked it up and it was under warranty. 3 days later after sitting in my garage (I hadn't driven), it was flat. Took it back to the again. "Repaired" again, they told me the first guy didn't do it right. Flat again in 2 days. Decided I would take it to the other nearby Mavis, since that crew couldn't do a simple patch- and they told me after 2 attempts, it couldn't be repaired, but the original store would replace the tire. Then I learned I didn't buy from them- not in their system. So they butchered my tire, and I had to go to Discount Tire (where I originally bought but didn't remember) and buy two new ones. Their sloppy work cost me over $400. Seriously, how hard is it to patch a tire? It was in the middle of the treads, not near edge. Original Review: Had a slow leak, needed to get it fixed. Mavis happened to be the closest tire shop to my office. I called to ask how much to repair (I'd found the nail) and how long a wait. Victor told me $29, 30-45 min. Got there, and remembered I'd bought the Michelins from them, but a different location, and didn't have my paperwork. He said he'd look it up. 40 min later, they were done, no charge- they'd found that I was covered under warranty.

Discovered a nail in the tire and Enterprise had no other vehicles to give us so they sent us across the street to Mavis. Adrian got us in and out in no time.
