I’m partial to this one in Buford, Ga as I’ve used it for years and I’ve gotten to know the Team. I came in today for a leaky tire and after Kevin looked he reported that because the tire had an abrasion on the side it would need to be replaced. Thank goodness I had purchased the warranty. We are headed out of town tomorrow and this through a wrench in our plans. This is the Good part….. Kevin said “No Worries” and proceeded to make arrangements for a courier to get the tire brought to Buford and I’m here now. Kevin, Steven and the amazing Team here at Discount Tire put the Customer back in Customer Service!!! Thanks Guy for another Job well Done 👍.

Ty was the mechanic who worked on my truck, and he did an outstanding job from start to finish. Everything was done efficiently, professionally, and with great attention to detail. The truck drives smooth, and I felt confident it was done right. Ty was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in his work he honestly deserves a raise. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others.

When I went to pick up my car I was greeted at the counter by Tret who never told me what I was being charged but said your bill is this amount and gave me my keys however my car was not outside unbeknownst to him, no surprise there! When I got in my car it was filthy with black dirt all over the door and steering wheel however it gets worse. My Mercedes Benz tire caps were missing and none of my tires had the appropriate air PSI. I brought this to Tret’s attention (who claims he is the assistant manager) yet he is very incompetent and unprofessional ! He never rechecked the tire PSI and proceeded to ‘google’ how to reset my tire sensor when I clearly explained that is not the issue. He also told me they lost my tire caps and I can go to Mercedes they will give me caps for free, obviously he knows nothing about Mercedes Benz dealers they give NOTHING away for free! I do not leave this review lightly I will NEVER go to Mavis Tires @ 1920 Buford Mill Drive in Buford Ga EVER AGAIN !!! They are the most incompetent unprofessional staff I’ve ever encountered at Mavis tires locations !!! DO NOT SPEND MONEY AT THIS LOCATION they are HORRIBLE!!!
