I could mot get at it but putting my car on the lift helped greatly. He quietly tied it down for me. I mentioned it to front desk lady and she asked the employee who was in my car. The employee said no but seemed suspicious about it. I’m not pleased about it because it was simply a 1 CAR MAT! My car is new purchase and I know I had 4 car mats when I purchased the car.
