- SRSam RinggoldJan 3, 20261.0DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE OR THEIR PRICING!! Two weeks ago I was verbally quoted the price of a rear break job while having tires installed. I liked the price and told I'd be back for the brake job. I dropped the car off this morning and when I returned the price was more than double what was quoted. I informed them what I had been quoted and that's when the finger pointing began. The female manager who quoted the price stayed in the shop and never came to the office to discuss it with me personally. She left it to the service manager handle my disgust. He apologized and immediately reduced the bill $160 dollars. So much for standing by your pricing. This is when you know you're being hosed! When I had the tires installed I informed them I had just moved to the area and was looking to establish a trusted relationship with a car maintenance shop. It was a nice thought. After today, I will never return to Mavis!
