- JPJ “Speedking” PFeb 20, 20261.0I contacted this shop a few days ago to get a quote for a BMW battery replacement and programming. I provided my VIN number, and they told me they would get back to me shortly. They never did. I followed up again, and once again they said they would let me know soon. Still nothing. No call, no message, no update. If this is how they treat potential customers, I can only imagine how they treat paying customers when problems come up. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of basic communication is completely unacceptable. I will never use this shop, and I will absolutely not recommend them to anyone. Look elsewhere if you value your time and expect even the bare minimum level of customer service.

The price was only slightly higher than other places I have dealt with however after getting the results I don’t think they charged enough for how detailed the inspection was. I am very happy with the vehicle and the service would recomend to friends and family without a 2nd thought.
